Q: I am getting an error of missing components?
A: Check the 'Missing Component Guide' section below.
Q: When I install new tracks the install button is still there and I have no tracks?
A: If you have updated your simulator from “FPV Event” to “Rotor Rush” please uninstall your simulator from the START MENU and then re-install it again to ensure downloaded tracks are available in your selection room.
CONTROLLER / TRANSMITTER
Q: My Taranis / Jumper controller was working ok but now Rotor Rush doesn't see it.
A: Recent Microsoft windows updates changed the default driver and stopped some controllers working. You need to change the USB driver for your controller within windows. There's a support document showing you how here: https://www.dronesimulation.co.uk/support/Taranis-USB-Driver-Selection.pdf
Q: Does my game controller work with Rotor Rush?
A: The XBox controller for the PC and many other game pads will work with Rotor Rush.
Q: Does my RC transmitter work with Rotor Rush?
A: Check the list of compatible transmitters in the section below.
Q: How do I cancel my monthly Rotor Rush membership?
A: You have full control over your membership payments via your PayPal account. To cancel your membership go to the recurring payments section of your PayPal account and cancel the payment to Vmach Media Ltd. Alternatively email us here at firstname.lastname@example.org using your registered email account and we will cancel it for you.
Q: Can i learn to fly in real life using the Rotor Rush simulator?

MISSING MICROSOFT WINDOWS COMPONENTS
Automatic windows updates will usually keep your computer updated with the various Microsoft components needed to run you applications. However, it is possible that your computer is missing some components and here we identify the most common problems and show you where to download the fixes for them from the Microsoft site. (Note: make sure you only download these from the Microsoft site to ensure they are safe.)

This is due to a missing Microsoft Visual Studio redistribution component. Download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable:
